National 7 hour USPAP Update Course


This course is the Appraisal Foundation's 7 hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Course.  It is a continuing education class. It is usually offered as a one-day (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) course, but can be split up over two days. (Attendance of all sessions is required for credit.)

The 7-hour USPAP Update course does not fulfill the two-day 15-hour USPAP course qualifying education requirement.

Purpose:

This USPAP seminar will review recent changes to the USPAP and how they affect current appraisal practice. It fulfills the 7-hour continuing education requirement of state licensed or certified appraisers.

The seminar fee covers instruction and all student materials (including a current copy of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, unless otherwise noted).

Two-day, 15-Hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Course

Education Credit:

The National 7-Hour USPAP course meets the current requirements for 7 hours of continuing education credit (but cannot be counted toward the 15 hour USPAP qualifying education requirement). See course registration page for list of states and agency list credit.

NH Assessors please note: This class meets NH DRA USPAP requirement for Assessors and Assessor Supervisors that have passed the 15-hour hour 2 day USPAP

Approval by a state agency does not constitute an endorsement of this class.
