George
LeMay is a Certified Public Supervisor (New Hampshire Department of Personnel 2002), and
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (University of New Hampshire
1981). In 1992, he became a Certified General Appraiser in the State of New Hampshire. His
appraisal experience spans 23 years of commercial appraising, two decades of it in eminent
domain appraising and review. The NH Department of Transportations Right of Way
Bureau presently employs him in the capacity of an Appraisal Supervisor. Prior to entering
the public sector, Mr. LeMay was a commercial appraiser working for Capital Appraisal
Associates of Concord, New Hampshire.
In 2005,
he established The LeMay School of Real Estate as a vehicle to help fill the educational
need for seminars that offer practical solutions for the real world problems appraisers
face on a daily basis. His presentations typically focus on the needs of experienced,
certified appraisers. In the spring of 2007, he became certified to teach USPAP by the
Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation.

Francis Army is a Certified General
Appraiser practicing in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Army graduated from the University of New Hampshire, and worked in real estate brokerage
starting in 1996, practicing in Florida and South Carolina for several years. Later, as a property tax consultant,
he gained extensive valuation expertise with a full range of tax-related assignments, from some of the largest
REITs in the United States to single property owners.
He has worked in the real estate profession for over 25 years.
He joined The Foster Company in 2018 and has
been an integral part of the team, working closely with Allan Foster on complex appraisal assignments and the strategic vision
of the firm, all while working tirelessly to earn the MAI designation in under two years.
Mr. Army began teaching for LeMay School of Real Estate in 2023, and early 2025 he became certified to teach USPAP by the
Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
