
This course is the Appraisal Foundation's 7 hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Continuing Education Course. It is a continuing education class. It is usually offered as a one-day (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) course, but can be split up over two days. (Attendance of all sessions is required for credit.)
The 7-hour USPAP CE course does not fulfill the two-day 15-hour USPAP course qualifying education requirement.

This seminar fulfills the 7-hour continuing education USPAP requirement of state licensed or certified appraisers.
Note: Class size is very limited to ensure a meaningful learning experience for all participants.
The seminar fee includes refreshments at breaks and all necessary course materials.

NH Assessors please note: This class meets NH USPAP requirement for Assessors and Assessor Supervisors that have passed the 15-hour hour 2 day USPAP
