National 7 hour USPAP Continuing Education (CE) Course

This course is the Appraisal Foundation's 7 hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Continuing Education Course. It is a continuing education class. It is usually offered as a one-day (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) course, but can be split up over two days. (Attendance of all sessions is required for credit.)

The 7-hour USPAP CE course does not fulfill the two-day 15-hour USPAP course qualifying education requirement.

Purpose:

This seminar fulfills the 7-hour continuing education USPAP requirement of state licensed or certified appraisers.

Note: Class size is very limited to ensure a meaningful learning experience for all participants.

Round table / Harkness table style instruction, discussions, exercises, and presentations.

Two-day, 15-Hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Course

Education Credit:

The National 7-Hour USPAP course meets the current requirements for 7 hours of continuing education credit (but cannot be counted toward the 15 hour USPAP qualifying education requirement). See event page for list of state agency credit.

NH Assessors please note: This class meets NH USPAP requirement for Assessors and Assessor Supervisors that have passed the 15-hour hour 2 day USPAP
